Some lessons are harder to learn than others. This one has been an excruciating lesson. But the core of the lesson I can pass on to others and save them SUBSTANTIAL heartache and headache.
If you are buying or selling a home in Lake Caroline in Caroline County, Virginia, do NOT... I repeat, DO NOT use or accept a V.A. loan. The details are many, and I am not sure I should reduce them to writing at this time, but trust me on this point!
